At Women Clothing Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

• Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Original Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Provide Details: Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
4. Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship your return to our Detroit address

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please note:

• You’ll be responsible for any price difference if exchanging for a more expensive item
• We’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
• Items without original tags
• Worn or washed items
